Former Real Housewives of Atlanta star Kim Zolciak’s boyfriend, Kyle Mowitz, is facing accusations that he’s spending big on Kim while allegedly leaving his estranged wife struggling financially.
According to newly filed court documents obtained by TMZ, Jillian Green wants a judge to hold Kyle in contempt, claiming he has created “financial chaos” by failing to consistently pay the $6,000 in monthly support he is allegedly required to provide.
Jillian claims she has been left to cover numerous bills on her own while Kyle continues to spend lavishly on Kim. Among her allegations? Kyle allegedly loaned Kim $100,000 and has been covering her gambling expenses, rent, legal fees, and even her son’s legal bills.
Kyle’s ex reportedly refers to KJ Biermann’s ongoing criminal case, following allegations that he sexually assaulted a classmate. KJ was recently released from jail.
Jillian also alleges Kyle has been treating himself and Kim to designer shopping sprees. According to the court filing, Kyle spent $77,000 at Neiman Marcus in May and July 2026, allegedly purchasing luxury clothing for himself and the reality star. Meanwhile, she claims he has acquired a new Range Rover and a custom Ferrari.
The financial accusations come as Kyle and Jillian continue to battle over money and an alleged trust containing more than $100 million in assets.
There’s also a complicated romantic twist. Kyle has reportedly accused Jillian of getting close to Kim’s estranged husband, Kroy Biermann. Kroy and Jillian were recently spotted together at church, adding another layer of drama to the situation.
