Real Housewives of Beverly Hills‘s Sutton Stracke confused fans with the ‘closed’ status of The Sutton Concept in West Hollywood.
Writer/comedian Gary Janetti had boots on the ground in West Hollywood, where The Sutton Concept was located.
In Gary’s vlog, he pointed out that this was the store featured on the most recent episode of RHOBH. Now, it’s boarded up. “It’s not Sutton … it’s nutton,” snarked Gary.
He even went so far as to tag Dorit Kemsley in the video to make sure she saw the state of Sutton’s store. Shaaaaaadddyyyyyy!
*Edit to add…
Dorit shared Gary’s Insta story, quoting the comedian in the text added to his video. “It’s not Sutton; it’s nutton 💀.”
It didn’t end there …
Sutton re-entered the chat to put Gary Janetti in check regarding the status of her store!
Is Sutton store closed?
About a month after the ‘For Lease’ photo went viral, Sutton assured her fans and followers her business is doing just fine.
During an interview on Jeff Lewis Live, Sutton let Jeff know the ‘For Lease’ sign was a faux pas on her assistant’s part. “Avi is to blame. I swear to God – I was out of town.” Jeff joked, “You didn’t pay your rent.” Sutton played along. “I didn’t pay rent, so they kicked me out.”
RHOBH’s southern belle explained, “I have expanded and don’t need my storefront anymore. All of my inventory has been put on a pallet and being sent to Houston. The driver’s still smoking pot like Willie Nelson style, On The Road Again. He’s going to Houston with all my inventory to Houston.”
Regarding Sutton’s current location, “I’m in the back,” she told Jeff. “I have a beautiful unit in the back. So, we’re ‘By Appointment Only.’ Jeff, your dream has come true.”
Jeff asked for clarity regarding the location of Sutton’s physical boutique. She replied, “So that quadrant is really pretty. Like, the courtyard is there. So, redid my unit D. It’s nice. I’ll have my samples only there so that you can come by appointment only.”
