Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Sutton Stracke knows she fumbled her friendship with Garcelle Beauvais and is “sorry” for it.
During an appearance on Jeff Lewis Live, Sutton apologized for not acting as an ally to the booked and busy actress and executive producer.
Sutton stays hopeful:
“I’m sorry. I would never want to hurt Garcelle, intentionally. So, I’m sorry that she feels that way. I’m sorry that it went down like that.”
“I think when you’re really close with someone and you get hurt in the relationship, sometimes you need some time away to heal. I’m hoping that we can rectify and fix everything.”
“Down the road,” Sutton hopes to have a “long, thoughtful conversation that’s private” with Garcelle.
“I just hate that this has happened. Garcelle was a very good friend and I love her dearly.”
Sutton said she and G spoke after she quit RHOBH. According to the Sutton Green Label owner, Garcelle felt like she couldn’t talk to anybody. She told Sutton, “I knew that you would convince me not to leave.” Sutton agreed with Garcelle. “Yeah, that’s quite true.”
Garcelle drew a line in the sand:
News quickly spread when the Jaid and Jax’s mom unfollowed the entire RHOBH cast – excluding ‘friends of’ Kathy Hilton and Jennifer Tilly.
When Sutton pointed out that Garcelle still followed her business pages, Garcelle unfollowed them.
Fans called Sutton out for choosing women who don’t care about her over a real friend. “Disappointed in how you let Garcelle down and stuck with the girls who don’t want you at their table.” Another wrote, “Dude, you really are a terrible friend!”
ICYMI:
Garcelle isn’t the only person to separate herself from Sutton. Her assistant/property manager, Avi Gabay, no longer works with her. “In my opinion, Avi is no longer working with me.”
“We’re still friends,” continued Sutton. “I love Avi. He’s like family. Everything was working out. It’s just, things evolve. It’s different now.” Sutton doesn’t know if Avi feels their parting was mutual. “Um. I’m not sure. You have to ask Avi.
