Scheana Shay and husband Brock Davies are finally addressing the glaring double standard that’s been haunting them since season 11 of Vanderpump Rules — and honestly, it’s about time.
During the July 25th episode of Scheananigans, the couple opened up about their hypocrisy toward Tom Sandoval’s cheating scandal… all while harboring a very similar (arguably worse) secret of their own.
Let’s not forget: Brock cheated on Scheana while she was pregnant with their daughter. Yet he had no problem dragging Sandoval for filth during Scandoval.
“I mean, I don’t think there’s very much justification,” Brock admitted. “It was exactly what it was. It was hypocritical of us.”
He went on to say he “played the coward” and lacked the courage to face the situation head-on. “I apologize for that.”
Scheana, for her part, agrees with the public criticism. But she insists they kept quiet for good reason — mainly, to protect their family.
“I wasn’t about to start unraveling all of this on camera before I had even processed what it meant for our marriage, for our daughter, for our entire life,” she explained.
And honestly… fair. If Scheana had brought it up mid-Scandoval, she likely would’ve been dragged for centering herself in Ariana’s trauma. But by staying silent and inserting themselves into Tom’s drama, they crowned themselves the king and queen of hypocrisy.
