Scheana Shay‘s lawyer shut down claims that she physically assaulted her former friend, Raquel Leviss, after learning she was sleeping with Tom Sandoval behind Ariana Madix‘s back.
Neama Rahmani told Us Weekly the claims against Scheana are “a fabrication by a known liar and a cheat who has betrayed everyone close to her.”
“Scheana never punched Raquel, period,” clarified the VPR star’s rep.
The statement continued, “the supposed dark markings around [Raquel’s] left eye have been there for months.”
“Neither Scheana nor other cast members want anything to do with Raquel going forward. The judge has only heard a one-sided account of what happened, and we look forward to presenting the full and true story at the March 29 hearing.

Kate entered the chat by adding five little words that gave a lot of merit to the rumor of Scheana hitting Raquel. “Nor, punched in the face.”
Scheana’s friend accused Raquel of “creating narratives to save your own ass” even claiming Raquel had the black eye before filming WWHL.
