Ronnie Ortiz-Magro is in hot water with authorities…again.
On March 29, the Jersey Shore star’s girlfriend, Kirsten, called police to his $1.2 million Miami mansion after telling him she wanted to break up — and needed help retrieving her belongings.
Kirsten told authorities the two had been together for three years and living as a “family unit,” but claimed the split was due to suspected infidelity.
Per the police report, cops accompanied Kirsten to Ron’s home and informed him they were there to keep the peace.
The former couple agreed she would return in three days with a moving truck to collect her things.
But according to Ronnie’s camp…that’s not exactly how it went down.
In a statement to TMZ, his rep claims Ronnie actually asked Kirsten to call police to ensure the separation stayed peaceful — adding that he’s in a “really good place” and wanted to avoid unnecessary drama given his past.
