Robyn Dixon shared where things stand between her, Gizelle Bryant, and Eminem.
The drama started when the Reasonably Shady co-hosts attempted to trademark their podcast name.
Eminem’s team quickly stepped in, arguing that “Reasonably Shady” was a little too close to his long-established “Shady” brand.
Marshall Mathers filed an opposition to their trademark in May 2023, claiming potential confusion in the marketplace.
Robyn and Gizelle, however, maintain their podcast has nothing to do with the rapper and that they should absolutely be able to lock down their name for merch and branding.
At BravoCon 2025, Robyn gave fans a long-awaited update.
“He’s still being shady,” she said. “We’re still going down the road with the lawsuit — we’re fighting it.”
Despite the ongoing battle, Robyn insists she feels confident they’ll win in the end.
For context: Reasonably Shady launched in May 2021.
Eminem’s daughter, Hailie Jade, debuted her podcast Just a Little Shady in July 2022 — which honestly makes you wonder if Eminem is trying to protect his daughter’s brand as much as his own.
