Real Housewives of New Jersey personality Milania Giudice was arrested for “simple assault” and “causing bodily injury” in a domestic violence case, according to reports from The US Sun.
The 20-year-old college student, who is Teresa and Joe’s third dorter, was arrested by Montville Township Police on May 14 after an incident that transpired around 6:12 pm. According to a court spokesperson, the case has been classified under domestic violence.
Milania recently celebrated the conclusion of her sophomore year at the University of Tampa.

Teresa and Joe Giudice served federal prison time for a series of financial crimes. Indicted in 2013 on 39 counts, they pleaded guilty in 2014 to bankruptcy fraud, conspiracy to commit mail and wire fraud, and tax offenses. Joe was deported and has begged Donald Trump to return to America post-deportation.
Milania is the first of the Giudice offspring to have a run-in with the law, that we know of!
