Real Housewives of Orange County alum Meghan King and her ex, Jim Edmonds, reached a custody agreement for their three kids, daughter Aspen, and twins Hart and Hayes.
The kids were put first:
According to Steve Honig, Jim’s rep, the former couple has come to an agreement outside of court. “The custody hearing has been called off.”
All he told PEOPLE was, “Both sides have reached an agreement that is in the best interests of the children.” No additional details were revealed.
In case you missed it:
In late November, it was reported that a school employee’s claim about Meghan led to an investigation. It was alleged that “Meghan asked Hayes’s school nurse to administer the medication.
Allegedly, Meghan gave one of their twins unprescribed medication and asked the school nurse to do the same. “Meghan has allegedly given Hayes Ritalin multiple times, even though he has not been diagnosed with attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). A teacher got Child Protective Services (CPS) involved.”
Kelly Dodd confirmed the claims about Meghan:
Kelly posted a video on social media. “I just got off the phone with Meghan King Edmonds. She said that she gave one of her other twins, Hayes, some Ritalin and it made her a ‘dangerous mother.’”
“She stayed at my house,” Kelly continued, “when she got her boobs and nose done. I can tell you, she loves those babies. She loves those kids.”
The former RHOC star called Meghan an “excellent” parent. Kelly prays her former co-star “gets her babies back.”
