Former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills husband, Mauricio Umansky, can’t keep his lips to himself … the Hollywood Playboy was caught kissing and getting freaky on Melrose Avenue with another random woman.

Mauricio was spotted packing on the PDA with a new mystery blonde outside of Pizzeria Mozza. In one photo released by Page Six, the Buying Beverly Hills alum put his jacket around his lady friend’s shoulders to keep her warm.
Things quickly got steamy as Kyle Richards‘s estranged husband mimicked a stand and carry with the woman outside of Chef Nancy Silverton‘s establishment.
Later, Mau and the woman were seen strolling down the street hand-in-hand.
Playa Haters:
In March, Mauricio was seen “with two women” at the iconic Chateau Marmont hotel. Coincidentally, Lisa Rinna, Erika Jayne, and Dorit were at the Hollywood haunt that night as well.
“He appeared more interested in one of [the women],” the source said, noting that the realtor began “making out” with his “date” after the other woman left their table.
“Mau and the girl were kissing for a long while, all the way through the bar emptying and the lights coming up.” The unknown woman seemed interested. They were leaning into the kiss, but it still seemed more casual than serious.”
The RHOBH personalities “walked past” Mau after using the restroom. “People noticed” neither party was especially kind to the other. The eyewitness was “pretty sure” the ladies “saw him” because the bathroom is located “directly opposite” where he was sitting.

In March, Mauricio had surgery on his broken clavicle after having an accident skiing in Aspen. “Play hard. Sometimes you get hurt, but the care here has been incredible.”
Thankfully, the real estate mogul’s surgery was a success. “It was a clean break” … unlike his situation with Kyle.
