Kyle Richards‘ estranged husband, Mauricio Umansky, issued a warning to anyone considering robbing his home when TMZ asked him about Kathy and Rick Hilton‘s home invasion during BravoCon 2025.
Mauricio has “no idea” if the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills personality and her husband lost anything. “I haven’t spoken to them since the break-in.”

Mauricio explained, “I went through a break-in.”
“It wasn’t easy,” he continued, “and it wasn’t fun. I can’t even imagine what they’re going through. I heard about it before everyone else did. It’s hard.”
That’s when Mau got activated. “We’ve gotta fix this state; We gotta fix this city; We gotta stop; We gotta get safety; We gotta get them, period. End of story.”
Mauricio continued, “We gotta put these motherf*ckers in jail.”
“I gotta tell you. You rob my ass, I will f*cking k*ll you,” concluded The Agency’s Owner.

The hotel heir called 911 when he saw three burglars inside the family home.
Unfortunately, the burglars had escaped by the time officers arrived.
Kathy’s RHOBH co-star, Sutton Stracke‘s home, was also broken into. Her friend, Jeff Lewis, revealed that the robbers stole a lot of her jewelry and all of her handbags.
