Real Housewives of New Jersey alum Margaret Josephs believes she knows where the allegation that Summer House‘s West Wilson and Jenn Fessler “slept together” originated … from West himself!
While it was Ciara Miller who outed the unlikely pair’s tryst, Margaret told Page Six that it was West who started the rumor about hooking up with RHONJ‘s Jenn.
“I think that’s probably what happened,” speculated Margaret.
Earlier this month, Jenn inserted herself into the hot seat by defending West after he started a relationship with his friend’s estranged wife. “[West] is the cutest, sweetest golden retriever puppy dog. He does not mean any harm, he didn’t mean it, he’s just trying to have a good time, he doesn’t wanna hurt anyone! Give him a break.”
Ciara jumped into the comments with a response that immediately sent Bravo fans spiraling. “lol, because they slept together too,” she wrote. Jen, Messy Fessy, denied hooking up with West, Messy Wessy, and announced that she didn’t want to have to “sue” Ciara for libel.
Well, Margaret entered the chat and had some thoughts about West. After dubbing the sports journalist a “f*ckboy,” she called West out. He “says things for clout.” She pontificated, “Do I think West might have said something to Ciara? Absolutely.”
If the subtext wasn’t clear, Margaret is Team Ciara. “Do I think Ciara lies? Absolutely not.” Instead, Margaret believes West might have said, “This went down,” to Ciara and others in the Summer House cast, including Lindsay Hubbard.
For the record, Margaret doesn’t think West and Jenn had any kind of intimate relationship. “I would have known at the time. I think Jenn would have confided in me. She’s known to be messy. She’s always very touchy-feely, but nothing happened.”
Margaret theorized that the rumor that Jesse Solomon slept with Erika Jayne prompted West to one-up the singer/songwriter. “West was trying to say, ‘I did something as well.’”
She quipped, “These women aren’t using [them] for clout. These guys are little f*ckboys. No one cares about you, let’s be honest.”
