Real Housewives of New Jersey‘s Margaret Josephs worries Teresa Giudice has nefarious intentions in reuniting with Joe and Melissa Gorga.
In an interview with Us Weekly at BravoCon 2025, Margaret shared her hesitations when it comes to Teresa making amends with her brother and sister-in-law.
Margaret worries Teresa is being performative:
“I think it’s their family. I want it to be genuine for the sake of Melissa and Joe.”
The RHONJ personality knows “it’s genuine” on the Gorgas end. “I think things like this have to be done in a therapeutic setting and behind closed doors … not played out in the press. This has been done many, many times. We’ve been down this road.”
Margaret was asked if she feels the reconciliation is genuine for Teresa. “I feel it shouldn’t be played out in the press. It’s weird to be played out in the press. But that’s just me. This has been three years. I’m hesitant only because things like this have to be done behind the scenes. I don’t think every move you make needs to be a public statement. I don’t think that’s really necessary.”
When asked if the reason for the reconciliation was for the show, Margaret wasn’t sure. “I don’t want it to be. I always wanted them – years ago – to make up.” Margaret continued throwing low-key shade. “I always cared for Teresa, at the time; I always wanted to be genuine with her; I always wanted the family to be together.”
Margaret’s future with Teresa:
“Some things would really have to change” for Margaret to sit down with Teresa. “It’s not the right time. There are too many things in the way; it’s just not correct.”
“I don’t wish [Teresa] any ill will. I think she has enough pain, enough horrible things going on and I’m concerned for her. Anything I’ve heard of what’s going on … I don’t want anything bad to happen to her or her children.”
