Malika Haqq has her bestie (and her son’s) back.
The Girls’ star posted a series of Instagram stories defending both Khloé Kardashian and her 3-year-old son, Tatum.
“I wasn’t going to do this, but I feel like it’s extremely necessary to address the topic of Khloé and her son, Tatum,” Malika began.
“This new narrative that her child somehow ruined my son’s graduation party could not be further from the truth.”
ICYMI: Khloé revealed that her son Tatum was insistent about not wanting to attend Malika’s son Ace’s graduation party.
The reality star admitted Tatum threatened to “destroy” the party — and when he arrived, that’s exactly what he did.
Which Khloé shared in jest on her podcast…and the internet promptly shared their thoughts.
Khloé later addressed the backlash via Instagram Stories, saying she “regretfully” shared a three-minute incident from the graduation party.
“Tatum was being so cute and silly and nothing was ruined. It was a 3 minute moment. No one was upset. And yes, both of my children get appropriately disciplined when they need to be. I just don’t broadcast it.”
She also apologized to Malika, whose social media is currently being inundated with comments about Tatum’s behavior.
“The reason why he wasn’t destructive in completion is because his mother was watching him and she stopped him,” Malika continued.
Overall, she said everyone had a “wonderful time” and wished those bashing Tatum a “healthier narrative when it comes to other people’s kids.”
