The criminal eavesdropping charges against Real Housewives of Miami star Lisa Hochstein and her now-ex-boyfriend Jody Glidden will be dismissed.
For context, the former couple was charged with one count each of interception of wire, oral, or electronic communications of Lisa’s ex/baby daddy, Lenny Hochstein.

In short, Lisa and Jody “reached an agreement with prosecutors.”
Attorneys Jayne Weintraub and Howard Srebnick told Page Six that “all charges” against the duo “will be dismissed [in] mid-June without any admission of guilt or conviction.”
According to court documents, which were first obtained by NBC 6 South Florida, Lisa and Jody accepted a pretrial diversion program (PTD), which is an alternative to prosecution offered to “offenders with non-violent priors” by the Miami-Dade County State Attorney’s Office.
The program gives these individuals the opportunity to “make significant changes in their lives so they can avoid further involvement with the criminal justice system.” If they “complete all conditions and remain arrest-free during [their] participation, the State Attorney’s Office will drop the charges.”

Lisa and Jody were accused of “unlawfully and intentionally” intercepting, trying to intercept, or trying to have someone else intercept “oral statements” by Lenny and those he “spoke with” on two occasions in March 2023.
Jody was arrested and taken into custody last month, but was released shortly after. Lisa turned herself in days later.
A glammed Lisa posed for a mugshot before paying the $5,000 bail. She left the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center and treated herself to dinner and margaritas with her friends.
In May 2023, the plastic surgeon accused Lisa of planting a “listening device” on his car in order to “monitor” his calls. Lenny claimed that Lisa placed “at least one” device to “access and monitor his private, non-public communications involving this litigation.” This, in turn, “compromised the integrity” of their divorce proceedings.
