Real Housewives of Atlanta alum Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann have progressed in their seemingly never-ending custody battle, which may help them expedite their divorce proceedings.
Update:
Kim and Kroy signed a temporary custody agreement as their ongoing custody battle continues, according to docs obtained by TMZ.
Terms of the agreement are unknown, but both parties signed the dotted lines.
Their messy split has been dragging on for over two years now, but this session may be one step closer to finalizing their divorce.
How we got here:
The exes tied the knot in November 2011 and called it quits 12 years later.
Kim and Kroy share six children: Brielle, 28, Ariana, 23, Kroy Jagger “KJ,” 13, Kash Kade, 12, and twins Kaia and Kane, 11. The former NFL player legally adopted Brielle and Ariana in July 2013.
Last year, their estate was finally sold after a year on the market.
“Kim and Kroy managed to find a buyer just in time. The mansion was on the brink of going to auction in December, but it never happened.” They managed to delay foreclosure on the estate multiple times.
This is excellent news for the local police department that was called many times over issues that did not require police intervention. The cops even warned them of abusing emergency services.
