Former Real Housewives of Atlanta stars Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann‘s Georgia house has officially sold … more than a year after it hit the market.
TMZ reported, “The Milton mansion, originally listed for $6 million amid their messy 2023 divorce, finally found a buyer for $2.75 million last month.” This came after a series of dramatic price cuts and very messy auction threats between Kim and Kroy.
While the exes didn’t get their asking price, they still made a profit … which is probably a relief for both Kim and Kroy. The Don’t Be Tardy alums bought the mansion for under $900K in 2012.”
“Kim and Kroy managed to find a buyer just in time. The mansion was on the brink of going to auction in December, but it never happened.” They managed to delay foreclosure on the estate multiple times.
This is excellent news for the local police department that was called many times over issues that did not require police intervention. The cops even warned them of abusing emergency services.

Ariana Biermann bid farewell to the home late last year:
Unfortunately for the Zolciak/Biermann kids, they were forced to say goodbye to the home they grew up in, as per Ariana. While their parents‘ divorce continues to drag out, their kids spent one last holiday in their family home.
“Last Christmas in my childhood home,” Ariana announced. Wearing a tube top bra, flannel pajama pants, and an off-the-shoulder mismatched flannel shirt, the young adult recorded herself making sad faces around the foreclosed home.
Additionally, the former Real Daughter of Atlanta recorded her younger siblings inside the empty home. Lovingly, Ariana hugged and kissed the kids as they transitioned out of their home.
She captioned the video, “Thank you, God, for the amazing memories with my family. Goodbye.” Brielle added Dean Lewis’s song ‘How Do I Say Goodbye?’ to her TikTok.
