Kenya Moore plans to sue the person/people who leaked the XXX footage she displayed of Brittany Eady at her spa event. The controversial Real Housewives of Atlanta star has officially been suspended after being accused of “revenge porn.”
According to Media Take Out, “Kenya’s lawyers are planning on filing a lawsuit against those people who leaked images and video from Kenya’s Spa opening.” A source spilled that since all partygoers signed a non-disclosure agreement and took a photograph which confirmed that they would abide by the terms.” As we’ve heard from leaked audio, “One or more people secretly recorded video from the event, in violation of the contract, and distributed it online.”
Kenya’s legal team is preparing to SUE those individuals.

Instagram creator @FaceReality16 posted audio from Kenya’s event in which a woman can be heard exclaiming, “That’s a penis!” as Kenya went off on Brittany. “Brittany does escort. There’s an IG that put her email down on blast. She charges $1,400 for an appointment. You not only a ho, you a CHEAP ho.” Kenya continued, “You on covers of magazines being a thot. You over here on Snapchat, your body was like Snapchatting that pussy.”

Additionally, evidence of explicit photos may have gotten low-key leaked as well. As you can see in the photograph below, a poster with the heading ‘INSURANCE FRAUD HO’ was present at Kenya‘s event. Look closely, and it appears photographs are adorned onto another poster behind the text-filled display. The pics even appear to have captions paired with them.
