It’s been alleged that Noella Bergener and Nicole James didn’t return to Real Housewives of Orange County because of Heather and Terry Dubrow.
According to screenshots shared by Instagram creator, @bravo_boo, the Dubrow’s used their influence in casting.
For context, Nicole James – who appeared on season 16 of RHOC – sued Dr. Dubrow over a breast augmentation she was unhappy with. On the show, Heather expressed that Nicole should have told her about the lawsuit over the course of their six-year friendship.

@bravo_boo shared, “Heather and Terry Dubrow sent a letter to Bravo a couple of days before filming began.” The message was “something along the lines of Nicole James had a lawsuit against Terry.”
“Bravo’s system failed and did not catch the lawsuit that Nicole got a settlement out of court from Terry for a breast surgery gone wrong.”
Terry and Heather believed Nicole and/or Noella could pose a threat (allegedly):
Since Nicole and Noella were friends, that made Noella guilty by association … allegedly. “It said Nicole was brought into their home and [The Dubrows] didn’t know what her intentions were and what she was capable of.”
Nicole “could’ve gone crazy and done something to physically harm them. Noella knew about it, and was Nicole’s friend.”
Bait and switch?
It seems Noella was blindsided when she found out she wasn’t returning to RHOC. “Noella had passed her covid test to start filming and everything.” But, “Less than a week before filming started, they let her know she’s not going to be able to come on because of Heather Dubrow.”
“That’s why Tamra came back.”
@bravo_boo captioned the screenshots, “We need a refresher on how Heather Dubrow and Terry Dubrow had Noella Bergener fired from #rhoc while using Nicole James as an excuse.”
“The reason Tamra was brought back last minute was because of Heather and Terry getting Noella fired.”
Here’s another allegation:
Screenshots claim Heather rallied the girlies to ride at dawn for her … and made sure Noella and Nicole exited stage left.
