Below Deck Med’s Gael Cameron has broken her silence on the recent headlines surrounding her ex-boyfriend Nathan Gallagher.
Gael issued a statement on Instagram, sharing that she’s in a “tough season” after her baby daddy was convicted of domestic violence.
“Hey guys, I just want to say thank you so much for the support you’ve shown for Kayden and I,” she began on Sept. 5.
Gael continued, “It’s been a tough season but I have been using the past few months to quietly heal and rebuild for little man and myself.”
ICYMI: The Below Deck bosun was arrested in Sydney, Australia, on December 27, 2025, following a physical dispute with Gael the previous day.
Police charged Nathan with assault occasioning actual bodily harm, common assault, and intentionally choking a person without consent.
Nathan was scheduled to appear in court on Sept. 1 but failed to appear, resulting in an immediate conviction on all three counts and a warrant being issued for his arrest.
Bravo has since parted ways with the Below Deck star following his conviction.
Gael concluded her post by thanking fans for their love and support, adding that she’s “really working on finding myself again and moving forward.”
