Below Deck Mediterranean star Nathan Gallagher was arrested on domestic violence charges in Australia late last year, Us can confirm.
Rolling Stone reported that Nathan was charged with “assault occasioning actual bodily harm, intentionally choking a person without consent, and common assault” in December 2025.
Per the New South Wales Police statement, Nathan was arrested on December 27, 2025, following an alleged incident that occurred after the Christmas holiday. He was charged after allegedly assaulting an unidentified 29-year-old woman at a Sydney-area apartment building.
While there were no reports of any injuries sustained by either party, the police eventually granted Nathan conditional bail. It is unknown how he pleaded.
While further details have not yet been revealed, Nathan is also the subject of a corresponding Apprehended Violence Application that was filed on behalf of Gael Cameron in New South Wales, per court documents viewed by Us.
Nathan and Gael have been together since 2024 and are parents of 13-month-old son Kayden.
Gael has not publicly addressed the court motion, with a hearing currently scheduled for Tuesday, September 1.
