There’s more Marco Marco lawsuit drama for Erika Jayne!
Attorney Ronald RichardsĀ reported it was a “devastating day for” theĀ Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star.
Ronald’s social media post began, “To our surprise, the federal court in a short opinion DENIED [Erika’s] SLAPP motion to dismiss Christopher Psaila‘s case.”
Erika “will now face a trial on allegations she falsely got her costumer designer charged. Nothing is ever a lock in court.”
Regarding Marco Marco’s lawsuit against Erika, Ronald noted the “facts are bad for her.”
“Congrats to Marco Marco! This is one of her worst losses as she won’t be able to delay this trial.”

The lawsuit began after Erika commissioned Hollywood costume designer Marco Marco to design various outfits for her lip-singing career and for her appearances on RHOBH.
“From 2014 to 2016, Girardi purchased numerous costumes and clothing items for Marco Marco for herself and for members of her performing entourage. Girardi also had Marco Marco make alterations on department store purchased clothing and car and conduct repairs and maintenance on performance costumes and material kits for her tour.”
“Between 2015 and 2016 and over the course of 132 transactions Girardi purchased approximately $934,000 worth of goods and services.”
The Owner & Chief Operating Officer of Marco Marco’s lawsuit states “Christopher Psaila, accuses Erika Girardi and her estranged husband of having ‘weaponized the Secret Service to maliciously prosecute’ him in 2017 to secure a $787,000 refund from American Express at a time when the Girardi family was ‘in desperate financial straits.'”
