Police were reportedly called to Erika Jayne Girardi‘s home in 2024, which is thought to be related to the abuser she discussed on Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.

Law enforcement sources told TMZ, “a male suspect, described as a black man and a friend of Erika’s, allegedly broke into her Los Angeles home on September 20, 2024, and refused to leave.”
Allegedly, the suspect was reported to be “inside a bedroom at the residence, sparking a call to police, and a domestic violence report was taken.”
During a recent episode of RHOBH, EJ made the revelation during a tense conversation with Denise Richards and Sutton Stracke about Denise’s divorce from Aaron Phypers. Denise explained what led to her black eye, and Erika shared that she had also experienced abuse in the past.
EJ made it clear it did not involve either of her former husbands, and it was after Tom Girardi. “It doesn’t really matter with who,” Erika said in the episode.
“It happened not too long ago.” She concluded, “It had happened more than once, yeah. And then, like, the third time, I was just like, ‘This is not for me.’”
