Southern Hospitality star Emmy Sharrett couldn’t help but cringe watching recent scenes with her and Bradley Carter.
In an interview with Entertainment Tonight, Emmy explained why it’s been difficult to see how the last few episodes of SoHo have played out.
For context:
Emmy and Bradley have beef primarily due to a post-reunion incident. Bradley overheard Emmy say he and TJ Dinch were “dead to me” in a hotel, leading to a hostile text exchange.
The conflict intensified when Emmy told others she felt “unsafe” around Bradley, a claim she later regretted.
Bradley cited her “vicious” comments and lack of loyalty as a close friend.

“I take full accountability for my actions and how they hurt Brad. I don’t want Brad to be in pain. But, I also want to move forward. I need to speak my piece before I can truly move forward.”
Interviewer Brice Sander asked Emmy to discuss how her actions affected Lake Rucker and Michols Peña … and how it felt to watch herself in that moment.
“Let me tell you right now, I shut my laptop. I couldn’t watch it. I cringed so hard. When I came into the bathroom, Lake was on FaceTime with her mom.” According to Emmy, she offered Lake whatever she needed in the moment. They spoke for 20 minutes, and then it turned into the Brad conversation.”
“Oh my gosh,” reflected Emmy. When I watch that … I was like, ‘I look so out of touch with reality.'”
