Dr. Paul Nassif and Brittany Pattakos Nassif are expecting their second child together. The couple – who married in Santorini in 2019 – are parents to a daughter, Paulina Anne, who was born the following year. Paul shares three sons with his ex-wife/Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum, Adrienne Maloof.
The famed plastic surgeon and his wife made a joined Instagram post from their gender reveal party. In the video clip, Paul and his three sons used pregnancy reveal poppers to learn if the couple’s second child would be another girl or a boy, like Paul’s oldest three kids.
Brittany and Paul wrote, “SURPRISE! We’re having a… BOY!!!! We can’t wait to meet you & we love you so much already, Baby Nassif! 💙”

The OG of the Real Housewives of Orange County, Vicki Gunvalson shared, “Omg how exciting! Congratulations” to the comment section of the couple’s post. RHOC stars, Heather Dubrow and Tamra Judge simply wrote, “Congratulations” to the couple. Tammy Sue added a red balloon emoji to her comment.
RHOBH alums supported Brittany and Paul as well. Taylor Armstrong wrote, “Congratulations on your newest addition. That’s amazing” while the morally corrupt Faye Resnick dropped a series of emojis, “💙👏👏👏💙.”
Adrienne Maloof has yet to comment on either Paul or Brittany’s Instagam posts.
