Kiara Cabral, Chef Ben Robinson’s former fiancée, is pushing back on claims he made about their past relationship on a recent episode of Below Deck Down Under.
“Those of you who are watching Below Deck may have heard of me — but not in a positive light at all,” Kiara began in a TikTok rebuttal posted Feb. 20.
“Everything that Ben has said about me on the show is 100% false.”
ICYMI: On the most recent episode of Below Deck Down Under, Chef Ben attempted to explain why he may be coming across as more “aggressive” or callous in the galley.
He revealed he invested over $50,000 into a wedding that never happened, claiming his ex-fiancée cheated on him with a close friend.
However, Kiara says that allegation is untrue, insisting she has never — and would never — be romantically involved with any of his friends.
She claims she ultimately left the relationship due to the way he treated her.
“There was a lot of trauma that I had to deal with, and honestly, I just want it to be over.”
Kiara said that as a private person, she wouldn’t normally address rumors publicly — especially since the breakup happened more than two years ago and she has since “healed.”
But with the show now airing and viewers “demonizing” her, she felt compelled to speak out.
“This is the narcissism that I’ve walked away from,” Kiara continued.
“I know Ben has his fans, but I just really want to be in peace.”
