Brit Eady is continuing her legal battle against Bravo.
According to court documents obtained by TMZ, the RHOA alum pushed back on Bravo’s attempt to dismiss her $20 million lawsuit.
ICYMI: Brit sued the network after claiming Kenya Moore displayed explicit photos on poster boards during a RHOA event.
The images were allegedly presented as photos of Brit.
Bravo previously argued that Brit signed a contract acknowledging she could be exposed to “stressful or emotionally challenging” situations while filming the reality series.
Per the network, she knowingly agreed to those terms before joining the show.
However, Brit says what allegedly happened with Kenya went far beyond anything she could have anticipated.
In the new filing, Brit claims the contract she signed did not cover the alleged incident and argues there was “no way” she could have foreseen Kenya’s actions.
She also called out Bravo removing Kenya from the show mid-season and launching an investigation into the matter.
Bravo has denied responsibility for any alleged harm and continues pushing for the lawsuit to be dismissed.
Additionally, per Brit, producers later told her she could return for season 17, but only if she agreed to film alongside Kenya.
A source close to production, however, denied that she was ever asked back for a second season.
