Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum Kim Richards was seen near Santa Monica Pier wearing one boot, her other foot bare.
In a photo released by TMZ, Kim appeared disheveled near the California beach. She was wearing a cowboy hat and a loose red dress. She wore one Ugg boot.
The former child star held a small paintbrush in her right hand as she cradled a canvas in the other.
Kim’s living situation was questioned when the paparazzi photo was snapped. Sources familiar with the situation said Kim is not homeless. According to reports, Kyle helped Kim secure a place in the Santa Monica area near the beach.
“Other sources connected to the family tell us Kim continues to have her ups and downs,” per TMZ. “Her daughters still live in Los Angeles, and we’re told she spends time with them.”
ICYMI, Kyle sued Kim in January 2025. Kyle asked that Kim vacate her 2-bedroom Encino condo after telling her to move out in late 2024. Kim never responded to the lawsuit. A default judgment was entered in March 2025 requiring her to surrender the property.
Court docs showed the L.A. County Sheriff’s Office tried to serve Kim with the judgment in June, but she’d already moved out, allowing Kyle to take possession. Sources told us Kim had relapsed following years of addiction issues, prompting her family to take a “tough love” approach.
