Brandi Glanville has entered the chat… and she has thoughts.
The RHOBH alum reacted to LeAnn Rimes’ viral “deep jaw release” video on her podcast Brandi Unfiltered, and let’s just say she wasn’t exactly buying what was being sold.
“I don’t understand why I saw it,” Brandi told co-host James Maas.
“I’ve had that done a million times, I have TMJ.”
For reference, TMJ (temporomandibular joint) is the hinge connecting your jaw to your skull—aka the thing that lets you talk and chew.
In the video, LeAnn appears to have a very intense, almost out-of-body reaction while getting her jaw worked on.
Brandi didn’t deny the process is painful, but she did seem to question the level of dramatics.
“It’s very painful,” she admitted, before adding, “I think I just have a really high pain tolerance.”
She also pointed out the overlap in their recent health journeys, calling it “so weird,” before landing on: “well I hope she feels better.”
ICYMI: Brandi has been documenting her own health struggles over the past few years, including facial swelling and painful lymph nodes.
After consulting 21 doctors, she revealed in February 2026 that ruptured breast implants from over 20 years ago caused silicone to overload her lymph nodes.
She has since had them removed.
