The video Brandi Glanville is suing Andy Cohen over was released. The former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star argues she felt “mortified” and “awful” upon receiving the video which made her feel “expendable.”
The video:
Andy and Below Deck‘s Kate Chastain sent Brandi a drunken, sloppy video message. The U.S. Sun obtained a video of Andy speaking directly to his camera. “Brandi, we have something to tell you.” Kate told Brandi, “Hey bitch!”
Andy spoke of him and Kate. “We are fucking tonight, and we’re gonna talk about you the whole time.” A slurring Kate added, “So essentially a threesome.”
Bravo TV‘s daddy continued, “If you’re around in like 90 minutes or two hours, do you wanna watch us on FaceTime?” Andy turns his head to ask Kate: “Would you be cool with that?” The Traitors US season one and two star responded, “Yeah, Facetime. Yeah, strong WiFi.”
Andy then repeats Kate’s words while pumping his eyebrows up and down before signing off, “Love you, Brandi!” and raising his glass to the camera.

Brandi’s response:
The canceled Ultimate Girls Trip star’s responded via text. Brandi explained that she felt she always needed to “match Andy’s energy” in order to keep her job. “Oh my god my two favorite people,” she wrote. “I love that c*nt. Trust me you’re going to want me there if you’re having sex I have a magic p*ssy.”
Andy responded, “So I’ve heard.”
Andy Responds To Claims He Harassed Brandi:
“The video shows Kate Chastain and I very clearly joking to Brandi.”
“It was absolutely meant in jest, and Brandi’s response clearly communicated she was in on the joke.”
“That said, it was totally inappropriate and I apologize.”
The damage:
After the incident, Brandi took legal action against her former employer. “I received a text message from Andy, and it was a video he made. In the video, he said that he was going to have sex with Kate, and they were going to be talking about me and thinking about me the whole time. And if I was around, do I want to watch it?”
“I was mortified. This is my boss, he’s my employer.” She continued, “This isn’t the first explicit text message or email he sent me, but it’s the worst one.”
“I was so mortified and embarrassed, like, does this guy think I’d f*** my boss to get a job? Because that’s what it sounded like. Like, he’s gonna think about me having sex, while he’s having sex with someone else.”
“Does this guy think that I sleep around to get jobs?,” wondered the mother of two boys.
Desparate Housewife:
Brandi’s “awful” experience made her feel “lesser than.”
“I feel like I’m expendable.” She continued, “I feel like, because of my more desperate money situation, he thinks that he can do and say whatever he wants to me, and I’m not gonna rock the boat or tell on him because I need him more than he needs me.”
“That’s how I felt, and it’s just taken a toll. The whole thing has been horrible,” the 51-year-old mom said, adding Andy “did not look sober.
