Will Clayton Echard get a rose from ABC?
Signs point to YES as Variety reported, “producers fell in love with [Clayton] Echard and he rose to the top of the network’s shortlist” during his time as a suitor on Michelle Young‘s season of The Bachelorette.
Bachelor Nation won’t get confirmation one way or the other because “the network and studio typically do not comment on any casting rumors relating to the franchise, and both ABC and Warner Bros. TV declined to comment on Echard.”

According to a source from E! News, “photos have been taken on set of what appears to be a promo shoot for the upcoming season in Missouri. In fact, a handsome gentleman is seen being followed by a camera crew near a house.”

Who is Clayton Echard?
The 28-year-old Missourian played college football at Mizzou, and was an undrafted rookie in 2016 before joining the NFL.
The former Seattle Seahawks‘ tight end refers to himself as a “washed-up athlete now trying his luck in orthopaedic [sp] sales,” according to his Instagram bio.
