Ramona Singer’s daughter, Avery Singer, is freezing her eggs.
The 30-year-old, whom fans of the Real Housewives of New York watched grow up, is openly documenting her journey on social media.

Avery’s TikTok series provides information and a community for others who are considering – or are currently – freezing their eggs.
“I wanted to end the year doing something for me and super grateful for the opportunity to freeze my eggs! As I told my friends, I learned that a lot of them were curious to know more about how the process works. I hope that sharing my journey inspires anyone interested in learning more.”
In Avery’s first video, she explained that she chose to begin this journey at 30 so she wouldn’t feel “rushed” if/when she wanted them. She compared it to having an “insurance policy.”
Avery posted another video from night 3 of her injections. “I learned from watching modules, others’ posts online,” she explained. “I hope sharing it makes the process less intimidating 🫶🏻 We can do hard things!!!”
She injected herself and explained that the next step feels like doing a chemistry project. Another injection was administered before she disposed of her used needles.
Avery has also posted a “shot o’clock” video, and a video in one of Ramona’s vintage Versace jackets (iconic) since her journey began on Dec. 17.
