Three years after their explosive breakup, Ariana Madix and Tom Sandoval have finally come to an agreement over their shared home.
Page Six exclusively revealed that on January 13, Ariana filed a notice of settlement in Los Angeles Superior Court, signaling that the longtime legal battle is nearing its end.
According to the filing, the dismissal of the case is “conditional,” meaning both parties must complete the agreed terms within 30 days.
The former couple is set to meet again on February 5 for a final status conference.
However, if Sandoval fails to hold up his end of the deal, the case will head to trial on February 17.
ICYMI: Back in January 2024, Ariana sued Sandoval to force the sale of their Valley Village home in Los Angeles’ San Fernando Valley.
The former Vanderpump Rules stars purchased the property together in February 2019 for $2 million.
At the time, Ariana requested an “equitable allocation of the proceeds of sale,” and what followed was basically a real life War of the Roses.
As we saw play out on VPR, neither Ariana nor Tom wanted to budge.
Both claimed they invested heavily in the home and put in major sweat equity, leading to a painfully awkward period where they continued sharing the space while actively avoiding each other.
Ariana ultimately moved out in May 2023 and went on to purchase a $1.6 million Hollywood Hills home one year later.
Meanwhile, Sandoval moved in with his current girlfriend, Victoria Lee Robinson, in November 2024.
