Vanderpump Rules star, Ariana Madix, provided insight into why she and her former life partner, Tom Sandoval, continue to reside in the same house.
The Bravo TV beauty took the comment section of a social media post to confirm a fan’s speculation(s).
This theory hit:
An Instagram user wrote, “My guess is 1) he offered to buy her out based on current mortgage rather than value or 2) he agreed to sell, went house hunting and realized he couldn’t afford anything comparable to their current home. 😂.”
VPR‘s breakout star – who recently placed third on Dancing With the Stars and makes her Broadway debut next month – confirmed the fan theory.
“EXACTLY,” began Ariana.
“We came back with a REAL counter [offer] and now it’s crickets.”
As Ariana said in the season 11 preview, “the worm is worming.”

This was so obvious to me from the jump. He wasn’t financially prepared to buy her out. It’s her investment and she deserves her equity!!!!

I was reading the an article and divorced couples are living together because the house market is so bad to sell and buy right now.

At the end of the day it is just as much her home and if she doesn’t want to be bought out and wants to sell she has all right to that no explanation needed (IMO)
