Next Gen NYC star Ariana Biermann accepted the Breakout Star award at the “Virtual Reali-Tea” Awards and used the opportunity to thank her mom, Kim Zolciak.
Ariana began by referencing her family’s prior stints with her family on Real Housewives of Atlanta and Don’t Be Tardy. “Thank you all for watching ‘Next Gen.’ I’ve obviously lived a lot of my life on reality TV.”
The 24-year-old subtly referenced the disgusting and illegal claims against her brother, KJ Biermann. “It comes with amazing things and some not-so-great things, but Bravo took a chance on me. I feel so honored,” she continued.
“Thank you for just believing me and supporting me through all of the journeys I’ve been on this [Season 2],” continued Ariana. “And thank you again … thank you to my mom [Kim Zolciak] for making this possible. I love you guys all so much!”
Ariana’s sister, Brielle, is also moving forward with her life despite their half-brother’s legal woes. Last month, a source told Page Six that Brielle’s “wedding is taking place this year in November.”
“Despite everything going on with the family,” they continued, “it is still happening.”
Multiple sources confirmed to us the nuptials are happening this year, although Brielle has kept virtually silent on the exact date and details of the celebration.
Brielle got engaged in February 2024, long before KJ was arrested and put behind bars at the Metro Regional Youth Detention Center for felony aggravated sodomy and aggravated sexual battery of a female classmate.
In an unrelated case, a video was found of KJ having inappropriate and illegal intercourse with a female family member under the age of 12 on his phone.
