Andy Cohen weighed in on Jen Shah declaring her innocence (from prison) in regards to giving Real Housewives of Salt Lake City star, Heather Gay, a black eye.
Responding to Jen’s first claim:
During an episode of Radio Andy, the father of two commented on Jailbird Jen’s claim that if she “punched Heather in her eye, [they] would have the footage to prove it.
“I don’t want to be ‘Captain Obvious‘ here, but if we had footage, don’t you think we would have aired it?!”
Andy notes that if production had any kind of recording of Heather getting the black eye, Bravo TV would have cut to the footage right after Heather claimed she didn’t recollect how she was hurt.
“We would have cut to the footage with a chyron that said ‘4 hours earlier,'” noted the host of Watch What Happens Live.
Responding to Jen’s second claim:
Andy also addressed Jen’s statement that he was “butt hurt” by the fact she would do a 1-on-1 interview with him.
“I don’t care about it anymore. I’m over it.”
“Jen Shah’s stipulations for the 1-on-1 were insane.”
“She wanted us to do a docuseries of her days leading up to jail. She wanted a lot of money. And, she was still professing her innocence.”
“It would have been another interview of her lying in my face, which we got at two reunions from her.”
Hits different:
Andy reminded his listeners he’s a recent “victim of an online phone scam where I lost a lot of money,” which makes Jen’s crimes hit closer to home.
“I am a current victim of fraud, which is what she did” … and which is why the former RHOSLC star is living behind bars.
