Andy Cohen discussed the “backstory” of the recent feud between returning Real Housewives of Orange County star,ย Tamra Judge, and Real Housewives of New York alum,ย Dorinda Medley.
During a recent episode of Radio Andy, he explained why Dorinda was upset when she heard Tamra’s season 17 RHOC tagline, “I mightโve been on pause, but now, Iโm ready to play.”
According to Andy, “After the taglines came out, Dorinda texted me and said something like, ‘Are you kidding me?'”
He blew her off at first because he thought Dorinda was upset Tamra “was using the term ‘pause’ in her tagline” since she was technically the first Real Housewife “connected with the term, ‘pause.'”
The Watch What Happens Live host was later sent a years-old clip of Dorinda on Nick Cannon’s podcast sharing the tagline she planned to use when she returns to the Bravosphere.
SURPRISE … it was exactly what Tamra used.
Andy took a moment to give credit where credit is due.
“I want to give Dorinda the props – a) – that Dorinda came up with [the tagline] and b) the truth is, there are no taglines on Ultimate Girls Trip. So, she wouldn’t have necessarily been able to say that tagline.”
Andy added that Tamra had another tagline she wanted to use, and Andy had another favorite from Tamra’s repertoire that he liked best. “I’m sure we asked her to say this [tagline] and she said it.”
