Vanderpump Rules alum Ally Lewber provided her Instagram followers with a statement after she was thrown to the ground by her boyfriend, James Kennedy, in their Burbank home.
Ally’s message:
“Thank you to everyone who has reached out with love and support,” began Ally. She shared her appreciation to those “checking on me.”
Ally reassured her fans, “I’m okay and taking the time I need right now. I deeply appreciate all the kindness and respect for my privacy during this time.”
James’ arrest log:
James Kennedy Georgiou born 1/24/1992 was arrested on 12/10/20224 at 23:50. The DJ/reality TV star was booked on 12/11/2024 at 00:37.
Per Burbank Police Department …
Summary of facts – “Unknown problems. Contacted male and female inside a residence. Female stated her boyfriend lifted her up and threw her to the ground. Male arrested.”
Charge – “Domestic battery upon spouse/co-habitant”
Bail amount – “$20,000”
My experience with James at Kathy Hilton’s Christmas party:
Before James’ arrest, I chatted with him and Ally at Kathy Hilton’s Christmas party. Allow me to put on the record that I have NO IDEA what happened behind closed doors. I was just another party guest who met James several times socially.
The first time I talked to James was early in the night when Ally pulled him into our conversation. Ally is the most beautiful person, inside and out, and James couldn’t have been any nicer.
Fast forward to later in the night …
The bars were all packed and I managed to make my way to the front of the line. James was still several people back. I asked him if he wanted me to grab a bottle of water or soda from the bar for him so he didn’t have to wait in line.
His reaction was so bizarre …
He laughed at my offer. Confused by his reaction, I continued to order my Mexican Mule. I didn’t really think about this anymore until I saw he was arrested.
I’ve met James many times, sober and in his party days. He was not himself Tuesday night. Again, I have NO IDEA what really went down, but I do know how I felt around James Tuesday night. James was not himself Tuesday night, in my opinion.
