Denise Richards‘s husband, Aaron Phypers, has seemingly “closed” his business office amid a fraud case against him.
In Touch reported Aaron was to be served legal documents, but his place of business was “empty.”
Where’s Aaron?
Rupert Perry, who represents the estate of his late wife Elina Katsioula-Beall, asked for permission to take an alternative route to serving Aaron legal docs.
The former Real Husband of Beverly Hills star’s wellness company, Quantum 360 Club, had an office on Pacific Coast Highway. Google lists the business as “permanently closed.” Their last Instagram post was in December 2023.
Rupert noted, “[Aaron’s] place of business is closed and empty. [Aaron’s] residence is not known. I have searched telephone books and property records in this county and have not found any records for [Aaron].”
“I have conducted numerous internet searches on different search engines, using as search terms [Aaron’s] name, alias, his business name and his last known business address.”
Strategy:
Since Aaron can’t be found in order to serve him legal papers, he wants to “place an advertisement in the local newspaper.”
A judge has yet to rule on whether Rupert can serve Aaron via an alternative method.
Aaron’s side (allegedly!):
A source close to Aaron told the tabloid that he disputes the claims in the lawsuit. The source said, “Aaron believes the company who provided the treatments is on the hook for providing the refund, not him.”
They added, “Aaron was simply a middle man and did not make the promise of the refund.”
Rupert requested a jury trial. He believes Aaron must pay Elina’s estate, as her illness became worse after treatment at his facility. Aaron’s “aforementioned misconduct was intentional [and] willful.” It was “done for the purpose of depriving Plaintiff of property and/or legal rights or otherwise causing injury.”
