Real Housewives of Potomac‘s Dr. Wendy Osefo will not be tried with Eddie Osefo in their respective felony fraud charges.
Legal deets:
Us Weekly confirmed via court records that Wendy and Eddie appeared in court for a hearing on Wednesday, March 4. Both parties waived their rights to a speedy trial within 180 days of their first court appearance.
Taria Shondell Faison had boots on the ground in the courtroom during the hearing. The content creator alleged that Wendy and Eddie “will no longer be tried together.”
She took to social media to share, “They are estimating that Wendy’s trial and Eddie’s trial will each run four days. With one day for the defense. Again, that is the current estimate.”
According to the Carroll County Circuit Court Clerk’s Office, no pleas were entered. A status update for both cases is set for May 20.
