Venita Aspen wants Southern Charm fans to know that she didn’t behave inappropriately around JT Thomas.
The fashionista took to her Instagram to make sure the audience knows the truth … and to get the haters to quit making so much noise. She advised them, “Make sure you add this screenshot to all of the Reddit threads.”
Venita and JT’s TIMELINE 👏:
“Let me make something VERY CLEAR,” began Venita.
“That dinner JT and I had after I made a Branzino was AFTER the Bahamas. Y’all as an audience saw it BEFORE.”
“So, this week’s episode is now making me look like I’m a home-wrecker when I’m not.”
Venita added, “I know what I signed up for, but also will not allow the world to think I’m that woman when I’m not.”

During a January appearance on the Housewives Nightcap podcast, Venita admitted she and JT dated before he vanished, later popping up with a girlfriend on Instagram.
“I have no idea” what happened with JT, explained Venita. The whole thing “was very jarring. I think that I’m still kind of digesting it.”
Everything thing was going well between Venita and JT … until the Southern Charm trailer dropped. “One day, I was supposed to be going to lunch with his mom and hang out.” But, “the trailer dropped, and he started acting crazy.”
JT “fell off the face of the earth,” according to Venita. “I think he was nervous to see how he was going to be portrayed this year.” She continued, “I think anxiety got the best of him, I don’t really know.”
Later, we learned JT had a girlfriend the whole time.
