Jo Wenberg, who dated/hooked up with Tom Schwartz, has words for her former situationship and shared praise for Summer House‘s resident baddie, Ciara Miller.
The former ‘friend of’ Vanderpump Rules went on a verbose Instagram rant. “This one’s personal,” began Jo.
“If you’ve ever had someone take your story — your actual life — and run with it on podcasts and lives and interviews… while you were expected to stay quiet and take it? This is for you,” Jo began.
“They get the mic. They get the sympathy.” She continued, “They get to play the victim or the hero or whatever version serves them that day. And you’re left sitting there with no closure, no voice, and somehow ‘you’re’ the one who looks like the assh*le,” she continued.
“And the worst part? You can’t even defend yourself without looking crazy.”
“That silence is heavy. It gets in your head. It affects your sleep, your confidence, your relationships, your sense of reality. That is not dramatic — that is a real mental health impact and it deserves to be said out loud.”
“I’ve been there. A lot of you have, too. And I just want to say — I see you. What happened to you was not okay, even if the world never knew your side.”
“You’re not alone.”
After declaring part one of Summer House season 10’s reunion as “triggering,” Jo spoke a message directly to Tom.
Jo also acknowledged how Ciara showed up at the reunion versus how she did on Vanderpump Rules. “I see you, and you’re stronger than I was 🩷.”
