Dean McDermott and Tori Spelling owe more than $1.7 million in unpaid federal and state taxes, as per reports from Fox News Digital.
From Daddy Warbucks to Uncle Sam:
The Beverly Hills 90210 actress (whose dad produced 90210, Charlie’s Angels, Dynasty, and oodles of other hit TV shows) and Dean’s tax debt was revealed in the final judgment filed in their divorce.
Tori and Dean owe $1.2 million to the IRS, according to court docs. Additionally, they owe more than $500,000 in unpaid taxes to the California Franchise Tax Board.
Each party is responsible for a minimum of $600,000 of the IRS debt. Their unpaid taxes to the California Franchise Tax Board will be split evenly.
Aside from their unpaid taxes, Tori and Dean have other debts. They owe $37,000 to American Express. Also, they have a balance with City National Bank for not paying off a six-figure loan from over a decade ago … which is at almost $400,000 now.
That’s not all … Dean owes $22,000 from a student loan and $20,609 in his own uninsured medical bills, the court docs also reveal. The House of Yes actress owes $288,000 to a private individual, $69,000 to another unidentified individual, and $10,228 in uninsured medical expenses, according to the outlet.
The exes’ income:
Dean said Tori brings in between $3,000-$75,000 a month, “depending on the job.”
As for his own earnings, Dean claimed he earns $3,800 per month and noted that his financial situation changed significantly over the past year “due to the SAG/AFTRA strikes and change in the industry.”
“My acting and producing work has decreased drastically,” he stated.
