Alexia Nepola is the definition of having your cake and eating it too.
Despite being divorced from her on-again, off-again partner Todd Nepola, he recently purchased his former wife a $5.25 million villa at the Ritz-Carlton Residences Miami Beach.
Per the New York Post, the three-bedroom villa spans 4,185 square feet, was designed by Pritzker Prize-winning architect Piero Lissoni, and sits on the development’s largest interior villa lot.
It comes loaded with floor-to-ceiling glass, a Boffi kitchen outfitted with Gaggenau appliances, Crestron smart-home technology, and private marina access backed by full Ritz-Carlton service.
Sources tell the outlet that Todd handled the transaction himself and represented Alexia in the deal.
However, Bravo cameras won’t be capturing Alexia’s move or her new digs, as the Miami-based franchise is currently “on pause.”
ICYMI: Todd recently dropped his $10 million defamation lawsuit against Bravo, NBCUniversal Media, and production company Purveyors of Pop.
He previously claimed the show was fake, didn’t accurately represent him, and took issue with his “villain” edit.
I have to wonder if Todd’s lawsuit against Bravo, and Alexia’s desire to stay aligned with him, played any role in the decision to pause the franchise.
If Alexia is a core cast member and her “husband” is unwilling to participate… well, we’ve seen how that story goes.
