Grab your roses, The Bachelorette is switching things up next season!
ABC announced that the new season, led by TikTok star Taylor Frankie Paul, will premiere Sunday, March 22, 2026 — marking a major departure from the franchise’s traditional summer debut.
Not only is the show moving to a spring premiere… it’s also moving to Sunday nights.
A bold scheduling shift for ABC, and clearly a play for primetime ratings.
Taylor Frankie Paul makes history as the first influencer and reality TV personality to take on the role of Bachelorette.
She was officially revealed as the season’s lead on Call Her Daddy on September 10, 2025 — with ABC following up the surprise reveal with a press release.
ICYMI: Taylor rose to fame as part of the Utah-based Mormon “MomTok” circle.
Aka, the same group that went viral when rumors of “soft swinging” exploded across TikTok.
That real-life plot twist ultimately birthed Hulu’s The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives, where Taylor’s roller-coaster relationship with Dakota Mortensen (and his infidelity) became a central storyline.
Will Taylor actually find her forever on national TV? Likely not.
But if history has taught us anything, everything Taylor touches seems to turn into reality-TV gold.
