The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives‘ controversial star Taylor Frankie Paul filed for a temporary restraining order against her baby daddy, Dakota Mortensen.
TMZ reported, “The filing comes before the estranged couple’s court hearing concerning a protective order that was granted to Dakota against Taylor.”

In the court proceedings, Dakota is expected to ask the court to extend his protective order against Taylor into a long-term one. This comes as authorities continue to investigate accusations of domestic violence, which Dakota brought against Taylor.
Taylor has been accused of attacking Dakota on three separate occasions — once in 2023, another time in 2024, and the last one is alleged to have happened in February of this year. The 2023 incident was captured on video and resulted in TFP pleading guilty to aggravated assault.
ICYMI, Dakota filed to get a Temporary Restraining Order against Taylor in mid-March. Days later, it was granted.

While it’s common knowledge that Taylor’s season of The Bachelorette was canceled, Dakota is paying the price for his role in their DV case from 2023.
While the rest of DadTok is still slated to appear on Vanderpump Villa, Dakota will be edited out of the show. Variety exclusively revealed that Dakota’s storyline will be omitted from season 3, which is set to debut on April 16.
