The physical house from Bravo TV‘s hit show Summer House is for sale!
Alfredo Barreto and Vincent Horcasitas of Saunders & Associates currently hold the listing for the Sag Harbor estate, which is going for $5,650,000.
The listing:
While the show isn’t mentioned in the listing, photos make it clear this is the home the cast has filmed in since season 6.
Billed as a “Grand 4.3 Acre Estate In Sag Harbor” the Summer House is located at 2136 Deerfield Road, Sag Harbor, NY 11963. This listing boasts, “Set across 4.3 acres, this bright, beautifully finished Sag Harbor Traditional offers the space, privacy, and resort amenities that highlight contemporary Hamptons living.”
“Spanning 8,700+/- SF with 7 bedrooms and 8.5 baths, a heated gunite pool, spa, and pool house. The home blends timeless architecture with elegant millwork, gorgeous hardwood floors, and an effortless indoor-outdoor flow built for summer entertaining.”
Summer Houses:
While the timing of the Summer House going on sale at the same time as Scamanda dropped, it doesn’t seem that one has anything to do with the other.
ICYMI, there have been several Summer Houses in the show’s decade on the air.
Season one was seemingly filmed in Montauk, but was actually filmed in a different beach house on Napeague. They had to move after permit issues with the town.
According to Newsweek, production moved west into the Hamptons, mainly Southampton-area rentals. The exact house changed at least once during seasons 2-5.
The current Summer House – which is currently on the market – has been used for multiple recent seasons, and FINALLY got its front door fixed.
