Production for the 13th season of the Real Housewives of New York was halted as a result of a cast member contracting covid 19.

Sonja Morgan, Luann de Lesseps, Ramona Singer, and Leah McSweeney began filming another season of Bravo‘s hit show along with season 13 newbie, Eboni Williams.

The name of the infected hasn’t been released.

Page Six, reported “We’re aware of their name, but we won’t identify them because they haven’t given us permission to do so. However, we’re told their symptoms are mild.”

The cast trip was postponed:

“We hear the cast and crew were preparing to go on a trip to Upstate New York, which would have marked the end of a grueling season of filming. It has now been postponed.”

“The trip was canceled as part of the network’s strict safety protocols for cast and crew during COVID.”

The Page Six insider said the show is proud to be “setting a good example” to help stop the spread.

Ramona already contracted covid 19:

The RHONY OG exclusively told People.com, “I had no energy,” remembered Ramona. “I just wanted to stay in bed all day. I felt very tired, and I also had severe headaches.”

Ramona was quoted saying “I was — and continue to be — extremely socially responsible.”

Yes, this is the same Ramona that bragged about not wearing a mask during season 12’s reunion. In case you forgot…
