Real Housewives of London star, Panthea Parker, was told NOT to ask King Charles about the royal family’s feud with Prince Harry and Meghan Markle.
A royal mess:
The series’ trailer features Panthea being driven with her husband, British lawyer Ed Parker. In a voiceover, he tells her, “Okay, my darling, off to the palace.”
The couple appears to head to a Buckingham Palace garden party, which they attended in May. During the commute, Panthea boasted about her plan to ask King Charles about his rift with his youngest son and daughter-in-law.
“I’m going to go up to the King,” began Panthea. “I’m going to go, ‘How do you feel about Harry and what he did?’”
Ed replies, appearing to read from a booklet, “It says, specifically, ‘Do not ask the monarch about Harry and Meghan.'”
Reading a pamphlet, the British lawyer immediately responded, “It says, specifically, ‘Don’t ask the monarch about Harry and Meghan.’”
Although the royal family is known for upholding a strict protocol, Ed appeared to be joking about the specific instructions.
