A nostalgic walk down memory lane intermixed with new, surprising conflicts is coming to Bravo TV with the Real Housewives Ultimate Road Trip 20th anniversary special.
Starring Vicki Gunvalson, Luann de Lesseps, Porsha Williams, Teresa Giudice, Kyle Richards, Gizelle Bryant, and Lisa Barlow 82 Housewives of the past and present will also pop up throughout the nine episode series that promises to be the “trip of a wifetime.”
The press release:
“Seven of the most iconic Real Housewives are whooping it up for a girls’ trip like no other through Orange County, Beverly Hills, Atlanta, Miami, and New York City. The word on the street is each stop welcomes more familiar faces from Housewives history to join the celebration, revisit defining moments, and stir up surprises that will have everyone shaking, physically shaking.”
“With laughs, tears, and enough revelations to leave everyone asking, ‘Who said that?’, the trip culminates in a Bluestone Manor bash worthy of the splits. It’s time to be cool and buckle up for an epic adventure that tests old bonds, creates new friendships, and leaves the women with memories they won’t forget.”
“Indeed, the RHUGT: Roaring 20th trailer kicks off by revisiting some of the most quoted and iconic moments in Housewives history over the past two decades. In addition to re-creating some of those scenes — sometimes in costumes, no less — antics abound as the women ‘whoop it up’ and bring more all-stars into the mix along their national road trip.”
The trailer:
The first hints of crossover drama appear when Kyle Richards asks Erika Jayne if she’s said hi to Luann yet, before going on to remark on the “frostiest hello ever.” Things quickly became awkward between Ashley Darby and Kyle when the Potomac star brought up “misconceptions” about Mauricio Umansky. Kyle quickly reminded the single Housewife, “Technically, we’re still married.”
Unexpected drama sparks between the Teresa Giudice and RHOSLC‘s Heather Gay. In the preview, Whitney Rose says that “No one in Salt Lake is speaking to them,” who is seemingly Lisa Barlow and Meredith Marks. With Andy Cohen sandwiched between Heather and Teresa, the Jersey OG popped off. “I don’t know if you had too much to drink in Atlanta, but you were very mean to her.” Stunned, Heather clapped back, “I’m mean to Lisa?!”
The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip: Roaring 20th premieres Sunday, August 9 at 9 p.m. on Bravo. Episodes will be available to stream the next day on Peacock.
